Wir sind ein hochspezialisierter, unabhängiger Private-Equity-Dachfondsmanager mit Sitz in Deutschland, der sich auf Small Cap Buyout & Growth Fonds in Europa und den USA konzentriert. Unsere drei Managing Partner mit langjähriger Private Equity Investmenterfahrung aus leitenden Positionen haben REIA Capital gegründet, um auch nicht-institutionellen Investoren Zugang zu diversifizierten Private Equity Portfolien mit überdurchschnittlicher Rendite zu ermöglichen.

Your responsibilities:

  • Kundenakquise durch die Identifikation und Entwicklung von Beziehungen zu HNWIs, Family Offices, Vertriebspartnern und anderen potenziellen Investoren
  • Gemeinsam mit den Managing Partnern lokale Marketingaktivitäten (Kundenevents, Investmentseminare, Mailings etc.) initiieren und koordinieren
  • Beantwortung von Fragen im Rahmen der Zeichnungs- und Onboarding-Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Managing Partnern bei der Erstellung von Businessplänen und Vermarktungsstrategien
  • Weiterentwicklung von Marketingunterlagen für potenzielle und bestehende Investoren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Investmentteam, um ein umfassendes Verständnis des Produktangebots zu erlangen sowie Ideen einzubringen

Your background:

  • Eine sehr unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit sicherem und kundeorientiertem Auftreten
  • Bestehendes und belastbares Netzwerk von HNWIs und Family Offices sowie nachweisbarer Erfolg bei der Kundenakquise
  • Mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Bereich Private Markets, möglicherweise bei Privatbanken, Vermögensverwaltern, Family Offices oder verwandten Beratungsunternehmen

To achieve this, we have developed a structured analysis process through which we identify and evaluate selected Private Equity fund managers. Our dynamically growing team is seeking reinforcement in the area of Due Diligence for Private Equity funds.

Your responsibilities:

We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded team members with an interest in capital markets and Private Equity. With us, you can contribute to various tasks, including:

  • Analysis, examination, and selection of Private Equity funds
  • Development of comprehensive Private Equity market analysis
  • Conducting research activities
  • Maintenance of internal databases
  • Preparation and participation in Investment Committee meetings

Our dynamically growing team is seeking reinforcement in the area of Due Diligence for Private Equity funds.

Your responsibilities:

We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded team members with an interest in capital markets and Private Equity. For the establishment of our new fund reporting and controlling, you can contribute to various tasks, including:

  • Analyzing quarterly reports and financial statements, as well as monitoring private equity target funds
  • Creating quarterly reports for REIA Capital Funds
  • Managing the cash flow of REIA Capital Funds
