AHP Capital Management GmbH is authorized by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) according to § 32 para. 1 of the Banking Act (KWG) and is permitted by the BaFin to provide investment brokerage and investment advisory services within the meaning of § 2 para. 2 No. 3 and No. 4 WpIG, without being allowed to acquire or possess funds or securities of customers on its own account or to acquire or sell financial instruments on its own account.
