Oskar von Kretschmann Managing Director

Oskar von Kretschmann has over 30 years of experience in the distribution of financial products at leading investment banks. He has built and successfully led several sales platforms to market leadership. His product focus within the Fixed Income sector has encompassed Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Debt, Alternative Investments, and Distressed Debt.

After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying business administration in Frankfurt am Main, Oskar began his career at Deutsche Bank, where he spent nearly two decades in the Global Markets/Leveraged Finance division in Frankfurt and London. From 2015 to 2021, he developed a European sales platform for HSBC Bank. Most recently, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the Markets division in Frankfurt.

In his free time, Oskar prioritizes sports and family. He enjoys spending time with his four children.
