Andreas Klab Managing Partner

Andreas Klab has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and M&A. He knows the industry from a range of perspectives as a private equity fund manager, investment banker, and investor.

Andreas began his career in 2003 in Investment Banking and M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston in Frankfurt. In 2007, he joined international private equity firm BC Partners in Hamburg, where he spent ten years in direct investing with a focus on the DACH region. In 2017, he joined Chinese cross-border investor Sino-CEEF Capital to establish its newly opened Munich office and lead its European investment activities. From 2019 to 2026, Andreas was with European mid-market private equity firm Rivean Capital in Frankfurt, most recently as Partner and Head of Germany. In this role, he was responsible for investments and portfolio companies in Germany.

Since 2026, Andreas has been a Partner at REIA. He brings his direct investment experience to investment strategy, manager selection, and the expansion of the co-investment business. Further areas of focus include the strategic development of the platform and investor relations.

Andreas earned a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.

In his free time, Andreas enjoys staying active and spending time with his family in the mountains.
